Observation

WAC 110-300-0166(3)(a): Emergency exit door to the back of the home was locked wtih bolt while provider escorted licnesors to outdoor licensed space. Sliding door that in exit pathway was also locked. Both doors will need to remain unlocked from the inside during operational hours. WAC 110-300-0166(4)(c)(ii)(iii)(lv)(v)(vi)(vii): Emergency Exit window in the room designated for infant/todders is 51 inched below the exterior wiondow and will need to have a secure place to land that will make the landing no more than 48inches below the exterior.
